Last updated September 21, 2026. Plain-language terms for people who use Keystone Field. This is not legal advice.
Keystone General Contractors (“Keystone,” “we”) operates Keystone Field for our Illinois construction crew. We work on America/Chicago time. Questions: horejs.andrew@gmail.com.

By signing in or using the app, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
Keystone Field is a work tool. Crew and desk staff use it to clock time on a job, keep a daily work record, send the homeowner a day-clear report after Desk releases it from the pending mailbox, and (for Admin) keep private HR files. Use it only for Keystone work. It is not a consumer social app and is not offered to the public as a product.
A login is issued by Keystone. Keep your email, phone, and password current. Do not share your password. You are responsible for activity under your login. Ask Admin to turn off a login you no longer use. We may suspend or deactivate an account if these terms are broken or if someone leaves the crew.
Clock-in may request a live GPS fix. Geofence is off by default (clock-in from anywhere; Desk may see a flag if you were far or GPS was missing). Admin can turn Geofence on for a person; then clock-in must be within about 75 yards of the job pin. Photos you take (job pictures, a close-out photo, receipts) become part of the job record. If a phone number is on file, we may send transactional SMS (day-clear, crew note, receipt notice). Emails go to homeowners, crew, and the office as needed for the job. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Program name: Keystone General Contractors project updates. Keystone General Contractors, LLC texts as Keystone General Contractors. Messages are account and service notifications (job progress, day status, crew or foreman notes), not marketing. Up to 2–3 messages per working day while a project is active (about 15–20 per month). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out. Privacy details: Privacy Policy. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Using Keystone Field does not create an employment, contractor, partnership, or agency relationship. Whether someone works for Keystone, and on what terms, is decided outside this app — by Keystone and that person, under Illinois and other applicable law. A login, a time card, or a pay estimate in the app is a work record, not an offer of employment.
Admin may store employment records in the app (for example SSN or last four, ID photo, address, date of birth, and payment handles). Those files are for payroll and ordinary employer records. Foreman and Crew do not see the vault. You agree that Keystone may keep and use that information as described in the Privacy Policy. Correct a mistake by asking Admin.
The app is provided as-is for Keystone’s internal field book. We work to keep it available and accurate, but phones lose signal, GPS can be wrong, and software can fail. To the fullest extent Illinois law allows, Keystone is not liable for lost pay estimates, missed messages, location mistakes, downtime, or indirect or consequential damages from using (or not being able to use) the app. Time and pay disputes are handled through Keystone, not as a claim against the software itself.
If these terms change in a material way, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date. Keep using the app after that date means you accept the current version. The current version lives at this URL.
